Heather Noel Wilcox

Heather Noel Wilcox, 49 years young, passed away on September 12, 2025, in Victor, Idaho. She was born on December 19, 1975, in Burley, Idaho, to proud parents Julie and Dennis Murri.

As a teen, Heather and her family moved to Victor, Idaho, where she grew up surrounded by the mountains and community she cherished. In 1992, she met and married the love of her life, Harley Wilcox. Together, they built a beautiful life and raised three daughters—Ashley, Cheyenne, and Reagan—who were her greatest joy and proudest accomplishment.

Heather’s life was full of energy, adventure, and love. She enjoyed cooking, canning and freeze-drying food, traveling with Harley, taking phone calls from her daughters, spoiling her amazing grandkids, and indulging her fondness for buying shoes. More recently, she found joy in designing tattoos, a reflection of her creativity. Heather was beautiful inside and out.

A lifelong athlete, Heather loved being outdoors and staying active. She was an ultramarathon runner, completing more than one 100-mile race and countless shorter ones, a true testament to her strength and determination. Whether she was working outside with Harley, running trails, or enjoying long walks and outdoor adventures with her girlfriends and family, Heather lived life with a spirit of perseverance, generosity, service and joy.

Heather is survived by her loving husband, Harley Wilcox of Victor, Idaho;Ashley and Colton Jones of Spokane, Washington, along with their children Lincoln, Lennox, and Lucy; Cheyenne and Barrett Durbin, with their daughter Oaklee; and Reagan Wilcox of Victor, Idaho. She is also survived by her parents, Julie and Dennis Murri of St. Anthony; her siblings, Adam Murri, Broc Murri, and Brittni Radford; and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
