Melba Palmer

Melba McBride Palmer, 91, passed away April 6, 2010 in West Jordan, Utah. Melba was born August 6, 1918 in Hyrum, Utah to Henry LeRoy and Annie Green McBride. She married Willis Palmer on February 26, 1941 in the Logan Temple. During their life together they lived in Rigby, Idaho; Aberdeen, Idaho and St. George, Utah. After the passing of Willis in 1994 she lived in Idaho Falls, Idaho and West Jordan, Utah. Melba is preceded in death by her eternal companion Willis Palmer; parents Henry LeRoy McBride, Annie Green McBride; sisters Verna Lewis, Leone Archibald and Ruth McBride; sons-in-law Steve Morrow, Gary Huntsman, and Donald Larsen.

She is survived by her daughters Maureen Larsen, Joyce (Ron) Delphy, Betty Huntsman, sons Dale (Pat) Palmer, Evan (Jackie) Palmer, 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchilren.

Funeral Services will be at the Webb Funeral Home 1005 S. 8th East in Preston, Idaho on Saturday, April 10 at 12:00 P.M. with a viewing an hour prior to the service. Burial will be at the Preston Cemetery. Services are under the direction of the Valley Mortuary in Driggs, Idaho
