Timothy Hamilton

Tim was born in Nyssa, Oregon, April 21, 1955 to Bill and Darlene Hamilton. Tim married Pam Umemoto, and together they had two children, Kimi Madrigal (Luis) of Payette, Idaho and Ty Hamilton (Marie) of Weiser, Idaho. His daughter, Kimi also passed away this October of cancer.

Tim was raised in Ontario, Oregon and graduated from Ontario High in 1973. He worked in various sales positions, moved to Montana for a short time while working for Skaggs variety stores as a manager. In 1990 Tim moved to Teton Valley, and began working at Targhee Village Golf Course in Alta, Wyoming, where he met many great friends, which meant a lot to him. This is where he met Deanne Blanchard and they married on October 22, 1995. Along with Deanne came her children, Deck Green of Driggs, Idaho and Autumn Green Wombacher (Cody) Victor, Idaho. Tim through the years became a big part of their lives.

Tim loved life and spending time with his family and friends. Anytime there was an activity, it didn't matter if it was fishing, camping, golfing, just hanging out at hunting camp or in his yard with a beverage in hand, he had a quick wit along with an amazing ability to make people laugh. Tim had a talent for yard work and took much pride in it. His ability and love for cooking outdoors was enjoyed by all, especially at family reunions where he was awarded the coveted golden spatula.

One of Tim's greatest joys was being a grandpa to seven wonderful grandchildren: Ryder, Adam, Jestyn, Tyler, Kamby, Peyton, and Calli. He enjoyed passing along his love of camping and fishing to them.

Tim had spent the last few years working at Kirkam's Auto Parts. He loved visiting and meeting new people.

He is survived by his wife, Deanne of Tetonia, Idaho, his mother, Darlene of Ontario, Oregon, also his three sisters, Teresa Fritz of Salem, Oregon, Vickie Crockett (Mike) of Monmouth, Oregon, and Pam Taberna (John) of Parma, Idaho; along with his son Ty; stepchildren Deck and Autumn, as well as his seven grandchildren. Tim is preceded in death by his father, Bill and daughter, Kimi.

The family will receive friends Saturday, December 21 from 1:00 - 2:30 at Teton Valley Mortuary followed by an interment at the Victor Cemetery.
